POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & LIARS Requested a repair on our Tumble Dryer, after a week of no calls or no direct communication. After directly confronting them in their shop, they proceeded to tell me my machine was dated and obsolete and they would not be able to source the part necessary from Samsung, lying directly to their client that Samsung has said the spares for my machine were no longer available and they would not be able to repair it. . . They would "scrap" the tumble drier for us if we did not want it returned. I requested they return my machine, and I got a second opinion, my machine was then repaired in three days by a different repair service provider!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Almost made me spend unnecessary thousands of rand's based on their opinion (as so called professionals) of my machine being obsolete and irreparable.
