I would give Inyathi a score of ZERO, if I could. Never, in my 35 odd years of calling on a service company, have I experienced such an incredibly low level of competence- all around.
After an Issue the company phoned to apologize and the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant individual
Incompetent technicians, they came twice to sort out my fridge and it's still having the same problem. They can't even construct a report on the fault. The worse disappointing thing is that they were referred by Samsung themself since I logged s fault with Samsung whom they themself could not help me after complaining to them. Just being robbed of my call out fees money I paid to you.
