Just experienced really great service from JT Solutions, I sent them an email after hours regarding rats that are making my life uncomfortable. I got a call early in the morning responding to my email. I was given a quote right away and an appointment was scheduled for the same morning. On the first call I was told what would be done to eradicate the problem. Appointment was sent for 11am, at 10:55 I got a call from security advising me that JT solutions are at the gate. I met with the professional and he listened to me attentively and did his job as I was told on that first phone call. I’m happy with the service I received and will definitely use JT solutions again in future.
