I guess he's a lawyer so he is kind of distant and doesn't engage. Granted, my experience with him has been where he was assigned as curator for an exceptionally difficult person. I don't blame him for being distant in that case. I sense that as an attorney he is very capable and efficient. He is respected by staff at the master office.
