Battling a bit to get a refund on cushion covers after only 1 wash???? Bought 6 navy cushions a few months ago. I have only washed them once by hand and I got the feeling the staff was not believing me. I did not have my slip. But at least stop interrogating me to let me, the customer, feel like a criminal. I have bought them. Paid for 6 large navy cushions, washed the covers only once... All I want is a refund not an interrogation, exact dates, when did I saw the damage, where was I not to have brought them in before?? I was busy, working. I just did not have the time to return them to suit the staff!!
I Love this Mr price home. The visual displays are really neat aswell. There is enough space to push a trolley. Not clustered
No staff on the floor to assist. How am I supposed to reach items from the top shelf as an average height woman, I waited and searched for assistance for about 20 min before deciding to ask the security at the door to call someone, waited another 10 min before someone actually came to assist. Other than the security guard at the door being friendly, everyone else seemed to have an attitude and hesitant to assist. If I wasn't in a pinch, I would not have made the purchase.
