I had to return an item under warranty, the matter was solved professionally, kindly and quickly. It seems as if the management have great relationships with the suppliers and with the staff that work in the store. Massive store with a large selection of products. They have everything baby related that one could ever need. Store is generally on the quiet side which is nice considering we're in the middle of a pandemic.
Even if I move to Cape Town i will still support this branch, most friendly and professional staff, Especially Jerry, who knows his products better than the brochures, he is always happy to help with a smile and have such passion for his work. I definitely recommend this branch!
Very awesome store, really enjoyed shopping there and staff are awesome.
